This Meyerland moving sale is built around fine art and a house full of decorative pieces, offered as an Art Deco and curated collection. Expect framed portraits and works on paper, including painted sheets with calligraphy, a tall red metal ribbon sculpture, and smaller glass face sculptures. Color shows up in the art glass: vases, pitchers, bowls, martini glasses, tumblers, and nested woven baskets.
Tables are layered with bowls, plates, a thermal carafe, and more colorful glass. A clothing rack holds dresses and evening wear, including a coral gown with lace and beadwork and sequined pieces. The kitchen and bar include a chocolate fondue fountain still in its box, cocktail shakers, and glassware. Painted figures, a nesting doll, and small decorative objects fill the remaining surfaces.
Cash is preferred. Zelle and all major credit cards are accepted, with a 3 percent surcharge on digital payments and credit cards. Every sale is final. The property owner is not responsible for accidents, so shop carefully. Large bags are not allowed. Children may not be left unattended. If you break something, you have bought it. Theft is not tolerated. Staff can help carry small items to a car. For large pieces, bring your own help, or ask about the movers, who charge a fee.
Jewelry and other valuables are not left in the house ahead of the sale. They are removed from the property at the end of each sale day. Cameras run around the clock, security remains overnight, and undercover security patrols the property both at night and while shoppers are inside.
