Thrivewell Premier Estate Sales & Home Solutions

Thrivewell Premier Estate Sales & Home Solutions is a Houston-area company that takes a wider view of "estate sales" than most operators in the space. Beyond the in-home weekend sale itself, Thrivewell positions itself around the broader transitions that often come with one — senior moves, inherited property, and difficult real estate situations.

Senior Transition Solutions

For clients in a senior transition, Thrivewell offers housing and placement services, referrals for care providers, legal assistance, and more, and lifestyle transition planning.

Inherited Property Solutions

When a property is being inherited, the team handles family mediation consultation, management of the entire estate liquidation process, and support and assistance with the real estate needs that come with selling the property.

Estate Sales & Home Solutions

For the estate sale itself, Thrivewell handles the prep — cleaning, organizing, and preparing the property — then manages the estate sale, coordinates packing and moving, and supports the real estate listing and sale of the home. The company also maintains a network of preferred contractors, handymen, and cleaning services.

Estate sales typically run on a 3-day Friday-Sunday schedule, 8am-4pm.

Other Property Solutions

For owners in difficult property situations, Thrivewell also offers pre-foreclosure navigation, investor network opportunities, and distressed property consultation.

Service Area

Thrivewell Premier Estate Sales operates from Houston, TX 77065 and serves the Greater Houston area.
