A police officer is on duty at all times during the sale.

Purses, backpacks, tote bags, strollers, and baby carriers are not permitted inside. Only cell phones and wallets are allowed.

All purchased items must be removed from the property during posted sale hours. Bring any tools needed to remove appliances or large pieces.

Loading and moving are the buyer's responsibility.

Dealers must present a valid sales tax exemption certificate.
