This Rosenberg estate is a partial-picker sale packed wall to wall with vintage treasures. Priced items sit alongside bins of unpicked material, so early shoppers can hunt for hidden gems. Expect a massive Fiestaware and CorningWare collection with many rare and unique pieces, finished quilts, quilting supplies, a sewing machine, fabric bins, art supplies, easels, and paper goods from a lifelong quilter and amateur artist.
Costume jewelry fills multiple displays, with much of it offered in bulk lots. Vintage and antique glassware, porcelain, ephemera, clothing, hats, shoes, fishing lures, Christmas décor, kitchenware, and garage tools round out the house. Additional photos are being added as setup continues, so check back before opening day.
Armed security is on site at all times, and video cameras monitor the premises. Large purses, backpacks, and bags are not permitted inside the sale — please leave them in your vehicle. Credit card purchases require a $50 minimum. Bring your own help to move heavy items; staff cannot assist with loading, and if you break an item you are responsible for paying for it. No food, drinks, or pets are allowed except service animals.
Sales tax applies to every purchase. Credit cards are accepted on purchases over $50. All sales are final with no refunds, exchanges, or returns — inspect items carefully before buying. Tax-exempt buyers must present a valid resale certificate and provide a copy to the cashier; company exemptions require the certificate to be on file with the estate sale company in advance.
Children under 14 are not permitted. Jewelry and firearms are removed from the premises by armed security at the end of each sale day. Please do not call to ask for pre-sale pricing on individual items. The company reserves the right to refuse any sale, remove anyone from the property without explanation, and ban shoppers who behave rudely or inappropriately toward staff or other customers from this and future events.
The full street address will be posted here before opening. Check back on the morning of the sale for the exact location.
