We are a Katy, TX-based estate sale, liquidation, and vintage services company. We have been running for more than 10 years and are led by Paulette Roccasalva, our President, who personally fronts every sale. We built Ashbury Lane around the idea that families should not have to manage the moving parts of an estate sale themselves. We handle setup, pricing, advertising, the sale itself, cleanout, and packing of unsold items under one roof.
About Us
Our office is in Rosenberg, TX, but our reach is wider than that. We run sales across Texas and have completed both national and international engagements, including documented sales in Canada. We call ourselves a 5-star estate firm and make references and letters of recommendation available on request.
Paulette Roccasalva is originally Italian and grew up in Canada. She holds a university double-honors degree and speaks four languages, so language is rarely a barrier with the families we work with. She raised her two sons in Houston before founding Ashbury Lane as a way to fold her passion for vintage and antique items into a business that also helps families through estate transitions.
