About This Sale

A wall-to-wall Rosenberg estate packed with vintage treasures from a lifelong quilter, seamstress, and amateur artist. Expect a massive Fiestaware and CorningWare collection, finished quilts, quilting supplies, sewing notions, bins of fabric and crafting materials, art supplies, and a partial picker sale with both priced items and unpriced lots to dig through.

Select merchandise is marked 60–75% off items over $3.00, excluding front-desk items and select jewelry pieces. Arrive early for the best picker opportunities.

Sale Terms & Conditions

Armed security will be on site at all times. Video cameras are in use on the premises.

No large purses, backpacks, or bags are permitted inside the sale. Please do not bring these items.

Credit card purchases require a $50.00 minimum. Cash and credit cards are accepted on qualifying purchases.

Bring your own help to move purchased items. Staff are not available to carry or load merchandise.

If you break an item, you are required to pay for it.

No food, drinks, or pets are allowed unless they are service animals.

No children under 14 years old are permitted.

Sales tax is added to all purchases. All sales are final with no refunds, exchanges, or returns. Examine items carefully before buying.

Tax-exempt buyers must present a valid tax-exempt sales certificate, and a copy must be given to the cashier. Per the tax controller's office, company exemptions require the certificate to be on file with the estate sale company.

All jewelry and firearms will be removed from the premises by armed security at the end of each sale day.

Pre-pricing is not available. Please do not call asking how much an item costs before the sale.

The seller reserves the right to decline any sale at its discretion and to remove individuals from the premises without explanation.

Rude or inappropriate behavior toward staff or other customers will not be tolerated. Individuals behaving unruly may be escorted out and banned from future sales, functions, or customer events.
