Armed security will be on site at all times, and video cameras are in use throughout the premises. All jewelry and firearms are removed from the property by armed security at the close of each sale day.
Large purses, backpacks, and similar bags are not permitted inside the sale. Children under fourteen are not allowed. No food, drinks, or pets are permitted unless they are certified service animals.
Bring your own help to move purchased items; staff cannot assist with loading or carrying. If you break an item, you are responsible for paying for it. All sales are final—there are no refunds, exchanges, or returns, so please inspect purchases carefully before buying.
Sales tax applies to all purchases. Credit cards are accepted on purchases over fifty dollars; the credit card minimum is fifty dollars. Tax-exempt buyers must present a valid tax-exempt certificate, and a copy must be provided to the cashier. For company exemptions, the certificate must already be on file with the estate sale company per the tax controller's office.
Pre-pricing inquiries are not accepted—please do not call to ask how much an item costs before the sale. The seller reserves the right to decline any sale at their discretion and to remove individuals from the premises without explanation.
Rude or inappropriate behavior toward staff or other shoppers will not be tolerated. Anyone behaving in an unruly manner may be escorted out and banned from this and future sales or customer events.
