This one-day Oak Forest area sale has been consolidated to Ashbury Lane’s warehouse near Ella and Pinemont, bringing together an eclectic mix of vintage furniture, home décor, artwork, and collected treasures from multiple estates. Shoppers can expect a packed warehouse floor with quality vintage pieces, seasonal décor, serving ware, jewelry, books, and patio finds — the kind of high-volume, treasure-hunt atmosphere Ashbury Lane is known for.

The full street address will be posted here before opening. The sale pin reflects the approximate Oak Forest / Ella–Pinemont area until the warehouse address is published.

Terms & Conditions

Armed security is on site at all times. Video cameras are in use on the premises.

No large purses, backpacks, or bags of any kind are permitted inside the sale. Please leave these items at home or in your vehicle.

Credit card purchases require a $50.00 minimum. Sales tax is added to all purchases. Credit cards are accepted on purchases over $50.00.

Bring your own help to move purchased items. Staff cannot assist with loading, and movers are not provided on site.

If you break an item, you are required to pay for it. All sales are final — no refunds, exchanges, or returns. Please examine every item carefully before buying.

No food, drinks, or pets are allowed unless they are documented service animals.

Tax-exempt buyers must present a valid tax-exempt sales certificate. A copy must be given to the cashier per Texas Comptroller requirements, and companies must have their certificate on file with the estate sale company to qualify.

No children under 14 years old. No large purses, bags, or backpacks allowed in the sale.

All jewelry and firearms are removed from the premises by armed security at the close of each sale day.

Absolutely no pre-pricing. Please do not call asking how much an item costs.

Ashbury Lane reserves the right to refuse sale of any item at its discretion and to remove individuals from the premises without explanation.

Rude or inappropriate behavior toward staff or other customers will not be tolerated. Anyone behaving in an unruly manner will be escorted out and banned from future sales and events.
