Terms and conditions

Armed security is on site at all times. Video cameras are in use on the premises. Large purses, backpacks, and bags are not permitted inside the sale — please do not bring these items.

Credit cards are accepted on purchases over $50.00; there is a $50 minimum for card transactions. Sales tax is added to all sales. Bring your own help to move purchased items; staff cannot assist with moving. If you break anything, you are required to pay for the damaged item. No food, drinks, or pets are allowed except certified service animals.

All sales are final with no refunds, exchanges, or returns. Examine every item carefully before purchasing. Tax-exempt buyers must present a valid tax-exempt sales certificate; a copy must be given to the cashier per state requirements, and company certificates must already be on file with the estate sale company.

Children under 14 are not permitted. Jewelry and firearms are removed from the premises by armed security at the end of each sale day. Pre-pricing inquiries by phone are not accepted. The seller reserves the right to decline any sale at their discretion and to remove individuals from the premises without explanation. Rude or inappropriate behavior toward staff or other customers will not be tolerated; violators will be escorted out and banned from future sales.
