Sale Policies and Important Information
Armed security is on site at all times. Video cameras are in use on the premises.
No large purses, backpacks, bags, or similar items are permitted inside the sale. Please leave them in your vehicle.
Credit card purchases require a $50 minimum. Sales tax applies to all sales. Credit cards are accepted on purchases over $50.
Bring your own help to move purchased items. We do not provide movers or lifting assistance.
If you break an item, you are required to pay for it.
No food, drinks, or pets are allowed unless they are service animals.
All sales are final — no refunds, exchanges, or returns. Examine items carefully before buying.
Tax-exempt buyers must present a tax-exempt sales certificate. A copy must be given to the cashier per state requirements, and companies must have their certificate on file with the estate sale company.
No children under 14 are permitted.
All jewelry and firearms are removed from the premises by armed security each day.
We do not provide pre-pricing — please do not call asking how much an item costs.
We reserve the right not to sell items at our discretion and to remove individuals from the premises without explanation.
Rude or inappropriate behavior toward staff or other customers will not be tolerated. Unruly individuals will be escorted out and banned from future sales and events.
