Terms & Conditions

Hi, thanks for viewing our sale. The following are some of our rules and regulations:

1. There are no returns, no refunds, no exchanges, no exceptions. In other words, all sales are final.

2. The sale company accept cash or credit. Sales tax will be charged on all purchases.

3. The sale company will not discuss pricing prior to the sale over the phone. Once the sale begins, we will give out prices and try to call people back. If you leave a voicemail, please be very specific about the sale location and the item in which you are referring. (Texting is always preferred!)

4. Please be prepared to provide your own labor. Our employees may not be available to help in moving, loading, and delivering items during the sale. The sale company do have several companies we recommend that can help with moving and delivering your purchased items.

5. Please be respectful of neighbors and park in a manner that does not block driveways and mailboxes or impede the flow of traffic. Please Do NOT park on any lawns.

6. The sale company are not responsible for any injury you sustain while on the premises where the sale is being held.

7. No large shopping bags or purses will be allowed into the sale without prior inspection.

8. All children are to remain directly with their parents and must be supervised at all times. Children are NOT allowed to play with or handle items before they have been purchased. Parent is responsible for purchasing any items broken from their children.

Please also consider texting our phone number once the sale begins to inquire more detail on specific items of interest as you may purchase with a credit/debit card and pickup before the sale is completed. The sale company can provide you our recommended moving companies if required. You may also purchase or place a bid on items during posted days and times of our sale by calling our phone number (once the sale begins).
