We are a family-owned and operated estate sale and liquidation service based in Houston. We run estate sales on a weekly basis across the Greater Houston area, with an emphasis on attendance and traffic. Strong promotion of each sale is a core part of how we approach the business.
Services
On-Site Estate Sales
Our primary service is the traditional, in-home weekend estate sale. We come in to set up the home as a store, then run the sale over the weekend. In-home sales typically run Friday through Sunday, 9am to 4pm.
Post-Sale Consignment
Items of value that don't sell during an on-site sale can roll into our antique mall space, where they continue to be available to shoppers. That gives higher-value pieces more time on the market.
Firearms (FFL)
We are licensed as an FFL and conduct background-check-required sales for firearms when applicable.
Service Area
We focus on Houston, The Woodlands, Sugar Land, Katy, Spring Valley Village, Hedwig Village, Pearland, and Friendswood, and we are willing to service other areas in the Southeast on a project basis.
