Pricing is not discussed by phone before the sale opens. Once the sale begins, we can share prices and return calls. If you leave a voicemail, please specify the sale location and the exact item you are asking about. Texting is always preferred.

Please plan to provide your own help for moving and loading items. Our staff may not be available to assist during the sale. We can recommend professional moving and delivery companies upon request.

Be considerate of neighbors when you park. Do not block driveways, mailboxes, or traffic flow, and please do not park on any lawns.

Large shopping bags and purses may be inspected before you enter the sale.

Children must stay with their parents at all times and remain supervised. Children may not play with or handle merchandise before it is purchased. Parents are responsible for any items broken by their children.
