Shoppers will find bedroom suites, furniture, dolls, collectibles, religious artwork, puzzles, books, craft storage, beads, jewelry-making supplies, and much more still being sorted and photographed.

All sales are final. There are no returns, refunds, exchanges, or exceptions.
Cash and credit are accepted. Sales tax is charged on all purchases.
Pricing is not discussed by phone before the sale opens. Once the sale begins, call or text for prices on specific items — voicemails should clearly state the sale location and the exact item. Texting is preferred.
Bring your own labor for moving, loading, and delivery. Staff may not be available to help during the sale. Recommended moving companies can be provided on request.
Please park respectfully. Do not block driveways or mailboxes or impede traffic, and do not park on lawns.
We are not responsible for injuries sustained on the premises.
Large shopping bags and purses are not permitted without prior inspection.
Children must stay with a parent at all times, remain supervised, and may not handle merchandise before purchase. Parents are responsible for any items broken by their children.
During posted sale hours you may text or call to inquire about specific items, pay by credit or debit card, and arrange pickup before the sale ends. Recommended movers are available if needed.
