Sale Policies and Important Information

All sales are final — no returns, refunds, or exchanges, no exceptions.

We accept cash or credit. Sales tax is charged on all purchases.

We will not discuss pricing prior to the sale over the phone. Once the sale begins, we will provide prices and try to return calls. If you leave a voicemail, be very specific about the sale location and the item. Texting is preferred.

Provide your own labor. Our employees may not be available to help move, load, or deliver items. We can recommend moving companies upon request.

Be respectful of neighbors. Do not block driveways or mailboxes or impede traffic. Do not park on lawns.

We are not responsible for any injury sustained on the premises.

No large shopping bags or purses are allowed into the sale without prior inspection.

All children must remain directly with their parents and be supervised at all times. Children may not play with or handle items before purchase. Parents are responsible for purchasing any items broken by their children.

You may text our phone number once the sale begins to inquire about specific items. You may purchase with a credit or debit card and pick up before the sale is completed. We can provide recommended moving companies if needed. You may also purchase or place a bid on items during posted sale days and times by calling once the sale begins.
