Cash or credit is accepted. Sales tax is charged on all purchases.
Pricing is not discussed over the phone before the sale. Once the sale begins, staff can share prices and attempt callbacks. If you leave a voicemail, include the sale location and the specific item. Texting is preferred.
Bring your own labor for moving, loading, and delivery. Staff may not be available to help. Recommended moving companies can be suggested on request.
Park respectfully. Do not block driveways or mailboxes, impede traffic, or park on lawns.
The organizers are not responsible for injuries sustained on the premises.
Large shopping bags or purses are not allowed into the sale without prior inspection.
Children must stay with their parents and be supervised at all times. Children may not play with or handle items before purchase. Parents are responsible for any items broken by their children.
Once the sale is underway, you may text for details on specific items, purchase by credit or debit card, and arrange pickup before the sale ends. You may also purchase or place a bid on items during posted sale hours by calling once the sale has started.
