This is a large, professionally staged sale at our Stafford storefront. Inventory spans multiple rooms and display areas, with fresh markdowns throughout the run. Whether you collect vintage paper, mid-century furnishings, or one-of-a-kind decorative pieces, plan extra time to browse.

Safety & Entry

You enter and shop at your own risk. Sale hosts and property owners are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or damage to personal belongings while on site. Please stay alert, watch your step, and use caution around furniture and crowded aisles.

Bags & Personal Items

Bags, backpacks, and purses are not permitted inside the sale. Please leave them in your vehicle or plan accordingly before entering.

All Sales Final

Every purchase is final. There are no returns, refunds, or exchanges under any circumstances. Inspect each item carefully before you buy.

Sales Tax

Texas sales tax is collected on all purchases. Tax-exempt buyers must present a physical copy of a valid tax-exemption certificate at checkout.

Conduct

Please be courteous to staff, other shoppers, and neighbors. Children must remain with a supervising adult at all times.

Loading & Large Items

You buy it, you move it, you load it. Staff are not movers. Bring your own help, dollies, straps, blankets, and a vehicle suited to your purchases. For bedroom sets, armoires, and other bulky furniture, we strongly recommend hiring a professional mover.

Payment

Checks are not accepted. Cash is welcome. We also accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay. Third-party payment apps are not accepted at this time. Thank you for your cooperation.
