In-Person Estate Sales

In-person estate sales are our core offering. We handle each one full-service at the client's residence or business, covering discovery, merchandising, staging, pricing, and promotion. Our sales consistently draw strong morning foot traffic, which is where the bulk of the revenue typically comes in.

Online Auctions

We also run online auctions alongside traditional in-person sales, which can be a better fit when a client's situation lends itself to a digital channel rather than a weekend event.

Off-Site Sales

For clients who can't host a sale at their property, we run off-site sales, including sales held at our Stafford storefront when appropriate.

Appraisal Services

We provide appraisal services for estate items, drawing on our antique and resale background to value pieces accurately.

Clean-Out Services

Once the sale wraps, we can clean out the home as an optional post-sale service so the property is left empty and ready. Fees apply.

Donation & Recycling

We can also coordinate donation and recycling for items that don't sell, so clients aren't left figuring out where remaining belongings should go. Fees apply.

How the Process Works

Every engagement starts with a free, no-obligation in-home consultation. From there, we handle professional staging, pricing, advertising, and sale management. We make advertising and promotional reach central to each sale because strong foot traffic is what makes a sale work. Clients who want a fully turnkey experience can also add post-sale donation, recycling, and clean-out services.

We charge no upfront fees and no hidden costs.
