This Hilltop Acres sale sits just off Beltway 8 near the 290 interchange in Houston's 77041 area. The rooms are set up for furniture shoppers and collectors: desks, a kitchen table with a matching six-chair set, a bar, a leather sofa, and a power reclining armchair. Also here are a vintage jukebox, artwork, a large vinyl collection, holiday decorations, home decor, antique collectibles, plates and serving pieces, vintage cameras, and a stamp collection. Model ship kits are available both new in the box and fully built.

The garage and outdoor side includes firearms, fishing rods, two garage refrigerators, tools, heavy-duty shelving, and other outdoor goods. Jewelry, kitchenware, glassware, taxidermy, and women's clothing and purses round out the house.

All sales are final. There are no returns or exchanges, so inspect each piece before you pay. Sales tax is collected on every purchase. If you are tax-exempt, bring a physical copy of your valid tax ID certificate.

You are responsible for moving and loading what you buy. This is not a moving company, so bring help and the right equipment. For bedroom sets and other bulky furniture, hire a professional mover.

Checks are not accepted. Cash is welcome, and Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Apple Pay, and Google Pay are accepted. Peer-to-peer payment apps are not accepted.
